Great shot Meanie. I especially love these buttery centered Plumeria blooms. Delicious.

Thank you Greenthumb - it was the best that I could do under the circumstances.

Its beautiful Meanie...as you know (probably) Im trying so hard to grow them, but havent managed to get a bloom yet....alas...dont think it will be this year now....

I was aware and know how you feel! The Brugmansia that I grew from seed still hasn't flowered, and I don't think that my Erythrina will this year either.
On the plus side, I think that my Polyanthus Tuberosa may do it this year!

Meanie:

Great close up of this Plumeria 'Celadine'!

Polianthes tuberosa is an extremely popular plant here. You will be in for such a treat when it blooms...the fragrance is intoxicating and overpowering at the same time. : > )

Thank you Delonix.
I hope that I'm correct about my Polyanthus.

They are great smelling! The genus is actually Polianthes....Polyanthus is the genus of a Bamboo. : > )

What else?

See who else is growing Plumeria rubra (Atabaiba Rosada).

See who else has plants in genus Plumeria.

This photo was taken at The University of Oxford Botanic Garden.
