Lovely salvia wish I had a better camera to show more detail, very strongly scented sticky stems and leaves.

Oh Amy, we used to do that with the white flowering nettles - dont seem many around nowadays.

Does look like those stinging nettles doesn't it, never heard of sucking honey out of them Amy :-)
No I hadn't Karen it came in a mixed packet of Plantworld seed, identified it from the list in the catalogue, tough one, in its third year and around 31/2ft tall, reminds me of some insect eating plant as all the little black flies stick to it and can't escape,lol.

I meant the flowering nettles Dawn ...LOL... I don't think we would have done it with stinging nettles ! I thought everybody sucked the honey out when they were younger Kathy you missed out on that , still never to late .. :o))
