Not yet, Lori, the cobs are justb forming now. The corn is taking far longer this year, for some unknown reason, and it's going to be some time yet, methinks, before the silks go brown - but I can wait! :-))

Good idea planting in buckets. I noticed the ones at Suntrap are behind too although they do have a few cobs.

We've had a good year, over here. "high as an elephant's eye" ...and very eary! lol,.

They're looking good David , I have some ornamental ones that I've grown from seed that Kathy sent me , the leaves are so attractive bright red striped with green I'm hoping to save the cobs for seed next year because I think they will look great in the flower border rather than the veg. garden ..... my silk tassles are starting to turn brown , I'm not sure how long I should leave the cobs on if I want the seed ,any ideas ?
