Coreopsis number 2

Coreopsis number 2 (Coreopsis)

One of the plants that (eventually) came from T&M - but this doesn't match any of the names and colours I was meant to get!

it looks suspiciously like Sweet Dreams :-x

It's supposed to be 'Limbo' which is white, or 'Salsa' or 'Jive'. Hahaha.

If it's 'Sweet Dreams' could it possibly be kept alive for next year, given its fragility, do you think, G?

Pretty.

It is, yes, Clarice - but there are precisely 5 stems, so it's hardly worth all the hassle and potting it on, is it?

What gets me is that T&M are still advertising the collection! The advert's on this very page! :-((((

Not a keen fan of T&M at all, yet other folks think there great, but all i every get from them is either not very good plants or like last time it took 8mths and 6 phone calls to get my order, :(((

Yes,I agree, Holly - but when you think that I have this in the garden, and the pathetic little plug plants each cost about half what a mature one did - I get cross, Holly! Carol's right. I was tempted by the 'new' Coreopsis in their collection...Never again!

not sure B, that is a hardier one I think, might be safer to try and overwinter in a pot for this year

24 Aug, 2010

OK. I still have one in a pot which could be any colour, 5 buds, and one which has about 2 buds on it! Pathetic. PSHAW!!!!!
