Well so far we've lost a Eucalyptus (that was first), then Weigela purpureum, then Berberis thunbergii, then the caryopteris and a climbing rose, then the Spiraea Goldflame half died, so we gave up, ripped out all the woody stuff, and I've just replanted for them with either honey fungus resistant plants, or non woody ones like Phormium. Fingers crossed...
