Yes Lulu, they are planted as bulbs but I take them up for winter and replant when the warm spring weather arrives. Their scent is amazing! Incidentally, I bought mine from Aldi so if you have an Aldi store near you, keep an eye open for them because they weren't expensive.

It is, I believe, a member of the Iris family and is also known as Peacock orchid....well worth growing.

Have never seen these before. Are they planted as bulbs? Very pretty with the added value of scent.
