Another one for 'Stroller'

Another one for 'Stroller'

loaves of bread with different sorts of dough in one loaf - they still have to be baked
(I have been baking my own bread for 31 years now, I never need to go to the baker's for anything).

Do you freeze it and take out what you need each day Hilda ?

Amy,
Yes, I do. I divide the loaves in that way so that we have at least two sorts of bread in one go, so f.i. a bit of light brown and a bit of dark, or a bit with fruits in it. Just small pieces, and then freeze them. We get one piece out a couple of hours ahead, or put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, and it tastes just like fresh from the oven.
° These loaves were for the birth of our second grandson (the one 'from England'), as a present from his grandma (for our daughter, to have a healthy start with breastfeeding).

What a lovely idea , you couldn't get a better start than that ... i'm sure your daughter will follow in your footsteps with good wholesome food to keep your new grandson healthy .. :o)
