We have hundreds of them, truly! When we first moved in we had just a few but my OH spends his pocket money on bird food and now the place is plastered with em. They nest in our eaves with starlings. We have the usual suspects but have the odd Jay and Red Legged Partridge, We have a 10ft privet hedge thats about 40 ft long, ideal for sparrows, dunnocks, wrens and robins..blackbirds too nested in it Costakis

I have not seen any sparrows in my garden for more than ten years. Have they all moved to Avon? Many black birds, many wood pigeons, many robins, many other species but not one sparrow.
