Hello Greenthumb, No, the small red roses have conventional green leaves, the silver foliage is tanacetum ptarmiciflorum (silver lace bush), about 60cm high and behind is a pittosporum (garnettii) with varigated creamy/green/grey leaves, that could reach 5mtrs high, that I will trim it as a spiral.
