Thank you all. Yes Val they dont like to be in big pots. They make more leaves at the expense of flowers. This one is very prolific if its happy.

Thanks for that Cinders, but I despair sometimes, have lost two this last few weeks mostly from overwatering, I just can't seem to get the balance right, but I do love them so. :0((((

Val, dont water them till you see the leaves are wilting. They dont like standing in water either, so just give them a little, just enough to keep them going, or failing that put water in their dish and watch them soak it up, if they dont drink it all tip what is left away. Hope that helps, but they won't want much water in the winter, just enough to keep them alive

That's what it is Cinders ! I decided on a new regime and put some capillary matting in the pots keeping the bottom damp. Come to think of it I don't think I would be very happy with a damp bottom ! LOL
