I'd like to be able to grow this Rudbeckia Rustic Dwarf on my balcony.

I would like to but there simply isn't any more room on/over my balcony for any more plants as much as I'd like to have more! :-((

I'm now changing the summer bedding for winter bedding. I can't afford the space for plants that only give a couple of weeks flower once a year, especially perennials. The only perennial plants I have are Fuchsias & Geraniums for the most part. I keep these over the winter & set them out again in the spring. I lost quite a few Geraniums last winter but the Fuchsias came through the winter in their hanging baskets with very few casualties.
