Epidendrum and Oncidium Orchids

Unfortunately, the photo came out a little dark due to late afternoon conditions. These are some of the many orchids on Coronado Island. Most of the nicer ones where on private property and I didn't want to take the chance and get arrested for trespassing...as Coronado is a very wealthy community.

Yes, it's in the shade, unfortunately! Most of the really good orchid gardens in San Diego are in people's back yards...so they don't get stolen.
