It's used as a landscape plant in deep shade here or as a house plant.

I've been looking out for the variegated one ... but no luck yet! Eventually North Queensland's nurseries will be up to date and have far more variety!

Hope you can get one soon. It's a very nice addition to a tropical garden.
It's a very common plant here...I have one also...although, I haven't put in the ground under my shade house yet.

We're still considered the country bumpkins when it comes to gardening up here ... gardeners down south in NSW, Tasmania and Victoria are spoilt rotten with the variety available. I know our planting choices are limited compared to them but I wish the nurseries up here would step up a bit!

That's pretty amazing considering your beautiful, tropical climate.
