I bought a Michealmas daisy last year and it's flowered lovely but when I went and had a look yesterday it had uprooted itself with the weight of the flowers so I cut it right back and replanted it into the back garden at the back of the flowerbed. It's a bit exposed to the elements in the front.

I've had to move most of mine to the back of the border too, and still have to stake most of them as they get top heavy or sprawl about

perhaps i'd better stake them next year Grindle

it might be a good idea Lindak, none of the ones I have manage to stay upright for long especially when you get a windy day :-(
