Thanks Yorkshire, this is the color at it's end. The color when it first opens is a really dark blue. Didn't get it in time as this is a new cutting. This is going to be a tree full of these flowers....can't wait.

I don't know yet. I saw it in town two days ago and now I have a cutting. I hope it takes. I have a picture of the tree but was taken with my mobile and not very good.

Not sure if I'm going to keep it or not........I have thrown out foxgloves and christmas rose seeds.

its surprising what plants are poison Alex, you can get a list up if you google poisonous garden plants, i was amazed, but still have foxgloves, lilies cause i love them, just take the stamens out of my lilies so my cat doesnt get then on him,

I have Sanbaz and I was shocked. We have soooo many poisonous plants around us. I've warned my kids, especially my four year old.....no putting hands in mouth after touching plants.
