They never seem too interested in the yellow berries.

not seen a yellow one before - do they turn yellow or just grow that colour ? They are awesome shrubs , bushes we have 4 now and the berries remind me of lots of little eyes :D

Hi Paul
Like most berries the colour gets more intense as it matures. I saw the yellow berry Pyracantha in a neighbours garden about ten years ago and decided I must have one.

Linda, its great to see pics like this I have all my pyracanthas growing against fences have never given it a thought to grow as a stand alone tree if you know what I mean. They grow fairly quickly and I suppose you can chop and shape them to any shape. Food for thought, thank you.

Thanks Stroller. It needs a bit of support, but it grows well as a shrub.
