Double Bougainvillea

This is a vine, it's more delicate than the single flowering bougainvillea. This is part of a plant that was made into standard.

we rarely get double boug in local nurseries. I think it's not as popular cause when the bloom dies they don't just fall off unless strong wind. The dead bloom turn brown. So It will not be attractive. But with a standard of a small size it will be easy to maintain it.
I saw a house that has this huge double boug and it was stunning... later most of the blooms were brown so unattractive.
I saw a pic online with a double orange one. I will be glad if I find it here sometime!!
I say go for it.. they are the most easy rewarding plants :-)
