Citronelle is a beautiful plant very slow to get going when young, but when it does it looks fabulous.
MUST have a shady spot otherwise when the summer comes it will burn up.
Also wont stand being in waterlogged soil at all ( none of them like it but Citronelle hates it and dies !!!)
