Stripes

This is Stripes. He's a stray cat who's been hanging around the house for about 3 months now. I'm trying to calm him down, and he's gradually beginning to trust me. He spends most of the day lounging on the wicker sofa on my front porch, propped up against the cushions. I think he stays in my crawl space at night & I suspect he pretty much stays right around the house (I feed him to keep him happy). Unfortunately I can't get closer than about 10' from him, so I'm going to have to trap him to get him to the spay/neuter clinic for neutering. Hopefully he'll eventually be able to come into the house.

He looks very relaxed in your photo, hope you can catch him so he can be neutered and eventually coax him into the house. He seems to have adopted you, Lauram :)

he is lovely. just looks as though he is 'casing the joint!' cats do their own thing so once he has realised this is a good thing ~ he will be there!!
