see you have the fountain going jem, turned mine off as its not as deep as yours, so dont want to break the pump

Goodness me Jem, that looks cold !

We have now taken off the top so we only have a little bobble but it got so cold that the pump froze and stopped working....Andy belss him was out at 12 o'clock at night pouring water on it to get it working again bless him think it was minus 10...brrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!! All fish are ok though.

thats the problem jem, thats why iv turned mine off as the fish can survive without pump in winter, as its so cold there is enough oxygen unlike summer the heat takes oxygen away and of course fish are more active, i just keep checking to make sure i can see them and that they are ok, be glad when ice melts and milder weather.
