This is probably the most widely planted lime in CA. It's hardy and produces tons of fruit. San Diego County is a huge Citrus and Avocado (largest in the U.S.) growing region. Photo taken at Cuyamaca College Botanical Garden on Nov. 26, 2010.

One day I'll have to go to northern San Diego County...and take some photos of where they have many thousands of acres of Avocado and Citrus growing.
