Having a great romp in all the snow :) When dogs like the snow they can really be entertaining...and there's some who won't set foot outside the front door. Obviously Molly loves it! lol

No, I can't say that Wlass. When I open the door for her to go to the loo in the morning she backs away! It's the ball. She is absolutely the most obsessive dog in the world. She totally ignores whatever is going on around her as soon as she sees that ball! I can kick snow in her face, and other dogs come running up to play...she just growls and snaps at them for interrupting her ball time!! Very very obsessive dog. Mind you, throwing a snowball confuses her, which is amusing...but she doesn't get the joke!!

We used to throw snowballs for Velvet the beagle, silly dog would spend ages trying to find them..she never got the joke either but we would be in tears laughing :-))

I see...obsessed with the ball! That explains it! I had a chuckle thinking about throwing her a "curve" ball aka "snow ball"....that must be fun to observe. lol

I used to throw snowballs for Scruffy, he loved looking for them so when he was out in the garden the other day I rolled one up he watched me and ran indoors and peeked at me round the door frame, I nearly wet myself with laughing at him it was such a funny expression - something like mum are you mad I don't do snowballs anymore much too old and senile for that game. lol he is really funny now he is old.

Yes, that sounds really funny! Callum throws snowballs for her and she just 'does not compute'...he finds it very funny. Today I took her to the park and the tennis ball went too deep in the snow and I ended up retrieving it more than her!!

Her little legs will hardly step over the snow - scruff was doing an impression of that sand lizard the first time he went out before we cleared the paths that was so funny watching him wiggle through the snow piles.

Thought she was a mini polar bear when I first saw the photo. That seems to be how they train some police dogs by the ball return reward....so it looks to me. They sniff out whatever they are trained for, and the simple reward is the ball returned. One year I had to hurl Henry the cat a distance in the snow, to shut the back door before he got in again!!!!!

LOL!! yes, there is a distinct absence of cats in my garden lately! Could be a new sport....cat hurling!

Good job Henry isn't still with us this year. He really would have a problem!!!!!!!
