Underappreciated Hanging Basket....Lol

Underappreciated Hanging Basket....Lol

Being proud of my baskets this year, I've posted only pics of the one on the left of the porch. Here is the one on the right at the finish of the season, just before the final frost came through. I'm glad to have chosen to let in the pink....lol.

Thank you Gilli. All the fucshia are my own starts, I'm proud how well they've done. Feels nice looking right now. -25F average around here for two days now.

Brrr....I'd be plastering pictures of all my summer flowers all over the walls just to try and take the chill away. :o)

Well done on the Streptocarpella. :o)
I have some African Violets coming into bloom now. I had to disbud the whole lot because of a thrip infestation. Now they are just starting to come back.
I've also got some Streptocarpus in bloom and a couple of Kohleria. I should really take some photos.

That's a lovely basket of Fuchsia Swingtime, GT! I hope my plant survives the winter in the greenhouse down on the allotment.

I have African Violets flowering in the windows of our flat! They don't seem to mind the colder temps.

Thanks. :-) My a vilets will bloom each spring while the subzero temp are still underway. Good luck with the swingtime. Its pretty tough.
