just knits & purls & passing slipped stitches over which are really controlled dropped stitches..... dropped stitches are an occupational hazard whose return to the pin can be the cause of immoderate greif especially if you have to rip all the way down....but its really easy to knit and soon you can watch tv, read a b ook have a chat and still your fingers-- with seemingly a life of their own---will knit many inches for you ( until you go too far and forget the armhole......:o)

My ex husband and me used to have a joke that 'chirpy chirpy cheep cheep' was OUR song so Stroller's comment made me laugh!! Don't worry Ba he's gone all posh now after 25 years with me.....NO Idea why, and he left for an older women (friends re-united ) I now have a very nice younger than him man...that's code for the same age as me...Lol xx
