Hoar frost on balcony from street 2010-12-20

So you've missed the snow! Not fair..

It looks very protected. That's good .

Well, not altogether, Meanie, we did get some last Thursday only it was very little! But we've been having terrible frosts with up to (or should that be down to?) -7ºC!

I've just checked the forecast for us - Christmas day looks a real charmer! High of -4°c with a low of -15°c!

Our high is not expected to be much better than yours about -1C, although the min is forecast around -3C.

We've had a little snow here today.

Oh, that's cheered me up Meanie ..lol!!!! 'I wish it could be Christmas every day' but a bit warmer!!!

For the feelings I would agree with you, Paul, but if you are referring to the weather, then I can't.

I'm not as bad as Hywel, with his aversion for the snow, but I would like it to see it stay at the Poles or the tops of the mountains - where it should be in MHO!

The little snow we had has now all but gone with a slight increase in day temps. It's been overcast here all day without a single sunbeam to brighten a moment of it! :-((

Lovely sunshine here toady(CHristmas eve) and I believe similar is forecast for tomorrow!

We have had unbroken sunshine here today from sunrise to sunset. Very cold though. More hard frost forecast for tonight as well.
