Looking up a Triangle Palm (Dypsis decaryi)

Triangle palms grow their fronds along the trunk in 3 ranks. They make the shape of a triangle, hence, the common name. Photo taken at Paradise Point Resort, Mission Bay, San Diego, CA on Jan. 1, 2011.
