i remember it now! ive had a little look and can imagine the supper on the table, the birds singing and the wine being chilled!
as it is the birds are singing but everything else is being chilled!!

Blue sky and sunshine here too now . . . if we wrap up warm we MIGHT play croquet this afternoon. (more difficult than it looks, but the best fun, and a great way to get a dose of fresh air!)

It was more of a practice session, but I managed 2 jump shots which I was VERY pleased about!! Proper game tomorrow, probably doubles . . .
I belong to a very friendly club, and you just turn up at the start time and toss coins to decide who plays with who. So no pre-arranging, it's just chance.

thats a good way of arranging things - gives more opportunity to play that way!

we played bowls in a tournament once when i worked for the district council, it was fun but i cant remember the jump shot

Yes, exactly . . . and he then looks cross because he thought he was just about to get the hoop. It's tricky, but useful! Did one today (Woohoo) and beat him 7-0. First time I've done that, so I'm too big for my boots today. :))
