I saw one green Ti here, that was flowering in near full sun. First time I've ever seen that..and had some red berries?..a couple of years ago.

My grandmother who lived in Hayward since 1963 grew huge 10' tall green ti leaf plants. They would flower and produce seed all the time. When they grew past 10' she would cut them and put them directly into the ground. She had many dozens of plants lining around the walls of her house. They grew super fast.
