New foal born 2am last night

beautiful to see, are these race horse foals Lulu

wow! they are up and about so quickly. has he got a white sock on??

He does have a white sock!! OH is very pleased with him, he is the mares first foal, she ran in The Oaks and the colts daddy is a champion sire, he will race in about 2 years or so! He was up and bouncing around the stable in 10 minutes!!

aww they are all legs when born, so sweet

No names registered until they start training for their races. Race horses are born as close to Jan 1st as possible so they are big and strong when they start to race.

didnt know that ~ so do they race in their first year?

Flat racing 2nd year (I think) and jumps 4th or 5th.
