How did you protect everything from the harsh winter?

Kfunsters...i put lots of compost on the pots last Autumn, tender plants i put nearer the house wall... other than that everything looked after itself......

yes most are doing well... but will have to see if everything comes up again.. i noticed today some lillies peeping through... : O ))

mine have only just come through a bit... we had a slight frost last night.. so still cold for them...

Hey, talk about frost, thought at had been snowing at ten last night, everthing white over, OH went to the wheelie bin at 8 and had to prize the lid up,

owww and i thought it was cold here..... been lovely sunny day but wind so so cold.......

just spoke to my son in swindon and he said how cold the wind is, its been cloudy here and freezing,

why May, any particular reason

its just everthing seems to come to life... all the flowers and blossoms on the trees.... i loved it when i lived in surrey... the air used to smell so lovely in may... down here not so many trees.. but the sea smells nice in summer..... : O ))
