I have a laurel tree in my barren patch of garden...I'll be checking it out tomorrow too...berries have never appeared and it is a very mature bush...would certainly make it a more interesting feature. I debated whether to take it out of the garden but decided it formed enough of a screen for an awkward part of the garden and it's now screening my small growhouse from standing out.
I do hope there are berries :)

I saw mine by accident ,as they seem to hidden somewhat, and most of them are low down..so they were a surprise to me,but a nice one :o)

Mine had blown over and I only noticed a week or so ago, It was as I picked it up that I saw them. I love my laurel, it really is a most beautiful colour and it nestles under a massive fatsia. Do we all have the same ads on the page? if so, doesn't the aucuba crotonifolia look lovely, might have one of those too:-)
