Such a pity my soil won't take these (or vice versa!) I can go to westonbirt to admire them though! Very Pretty.

Lulu neither this one, or the one I blogged R. Leucaspis are in the ground this one is in about an 18in container. And as the plant has grown so has the container.it has ericaceous compost and given a feed once or twice a year.

What do you feed yours Brian as I have some and I normally use the Rhododendron dry feed sprinkle around on top.

Sixpence i tend to use sachet ones mixed with water the ones last year came from Wilkinson's,but I have used all sorts over the years,I figured I have to water a lot in summer so a soluble one should reach the roots faster.

LuLu
choose with care some are fast growing and not very suitable.
You can also grow Camellias in exactly the same way.

I had a beautiful Camillia, in a pot, and it died, maybe a beetle. I was very dissappointed. I find plants in pots rather strange. But I do have 3 large ones, not sure what to do with them yet!
