Popovers

Made these yesterday. 1st try in this oven. Think I could have baked them a little cooler and less time. Still good though :)

Me to ! I've no idea what a Popover is .. they look like our yorkshire puddings are they Tracy ?

I think that they are similar to yorkshire pudding. They were practically hollow inside. A very eggy flavor inside, with butter and jam they were delicious!

Over here people have yorkshire puddings hot with meat and veg. and any leftover can be eaten with jam etc. !
