We've never had a cat that would enjoy a bowl of milk...I wonder if it is something the cat craves for his health? They are so wise, animals, perhaps that is the reason.
The CPL advised us not to introduce milk into Lucy's diet as it often disagrees with them and can give them the runs.
Our last cat, before Lucy, did like to lick out the bowls after they had contained ice cream...so in a way I guess she liked milk (melted ice cream is sweet so maybe that is the attraction).
It's great that your visitor likes to spend time near to you. Is he liking the hutch in it's new location closer to the house?

Our cats have never liked milk either, they have always preferred water. W/L I don't really know what you mean when you mention the hutch in its new location, as I haven't got a hutch!!!!!!!! , you must be thinking of some other member. (lol)

Oh well that is quite within the realm of possibility, Lins...I have been known to wear my "sr. moment" hat on occasions! lol
Now I've got another mystery on my hands....it was definitely a member on here who had a rabbit hutch and moved it closer to their back door for the "visiting" cat.
Sorry for the confusion, Lins. I'll see if I can work it out!

Kitty looks quite at home sitting on her/his pedestal in the lovely sunshine.
