Geranium maderense foliage

The foliage of the Geranium maderense. Since I had to wait for the flowers, I was lucky the leaves are interesting.

But isn't it fun to try and grow something different? You get to have tulips and primula which I stay away from because it doesn't get cold enough (even though I can go to the other side of this island and see snow 2 islands over on Pico which is the highest point in Portugal). :)

I had one that looked beautiful like this Wylie....It was its first season and hadn't flowered...I wrapped it up with fleece for the winter.....but there isn't any sign of it, frost has killed it, i expect..:<(
