blimey the wind has been wild here all day and still is i have been checking every hour to make sure my flowerpot men have not fallen over and broken into bits fingers crossed they will last through these high winds i will be heartbroken if they break ... i wonder if you can insure your pots and planters anywhere haha x

my flowerpot men didnt budge i was amazed they are fixed at the base and withstood 80 miles an hour gales phew!!!!

my next job is to rig up the new pressure washer and clean all of the planters ... my seedlings are through so i think i will pot them into seed pots this afternoon or tomorrow ... i had put some lovely spring silk flowers (cost a fortune) on my sons grave only to find they have all blown away the cemetry was like a bomb site this morning !
i think i might make a few planters of flowers as the cemetry is in the open and is 1100ft above sea level we get high winds often trouble is the council wont cut the grass on the grave if it has anything on it and i cant do it so i might have to speak nicely to the grasscutter man and ask if he will lift them out of the way to cut its not much to ask is it
