Your camelia loks nice and I suppose by now a lot of he buds have opened up even more. The camelias all seem to be thriving this year in everyone's garden...sure hope yours gives you a great blaze of colour too.

it really is bonny just now, just wondering if I should take off the dead blooms or leave them on.......

your camellia looks lovely I bought one this year its in a pot, and is looking good so far with pale pink flowers fingers crossed I don`t loose it over the winter!

Couldn't say Adara, just bought it in B&Q and their labels aren't the most informative apart from saying 'red' ha ha

My grandmothers looks the exact same colour, but her camelia is so large it has already past her roof. She bought me the same one for my birthday. If you'd like I can take a photo of the card so you can see what it's like, or the instructions.
