Lol, you two. You should see my trying to get off the sofa of an evening, with back ache - no Amy, not back pain :-) I am being careful these days. I do lists of jobs and set myself targets ....... the targets are not always met.

Dawn i dont think we ever reach our targets as women, always something needs attention :o(
