Sunflowers..

J.P. just told me has will be seeding sunflowers this week, so much nicer than wheat or colza.
We have the cows in at the mo to manure the fields all round the house for a week,lovely blondes aquitanes, after which its sowing time.
This was taken 2 yrs ago. Love it

yes i am certainly looking forward to being surrounded by them again this summer.
no we are quite a lot further west, cple of hundred kms but not much further south than Arles en van Gogh!
