This plant is supposed to flower in summer, and should grow to 4'. It's producing flowers now - and has only grown to about a foot so far this year.

It might still grow, mightn't it. I'm finding that a lot of plants (and bulbs) are confused by the warm weather.

dont forget to deadhead it as soon as it is going over and then with luck it will keep growing to the right height.

What conditions does this plant enjoy?

It likes a moist soil, and prefers the sun...I planted this on the bank by the stream, where it seems happy. :-)

I went to look at it this afternoon, and it's grown really well. It's doing what it should, now. :-)
