*s* there was enough there for one meal - amazing how much better it tastes when you've grown it yourself.
my biggest problem was knowing when to "harvest" - I'd not seen that on any grow-your-own site. I emailed a few to ask, and one said, when they're finished flowering - hope he was right - I've got some more "sprouting spuds" in planters at the moment.
