This is the first time this has flowered J, planted last year. My Bowl of Beauty always the first to show, but probly 2 weeks earlier this year. My Celebrity and Duchesse de Nemours only half this size in growth tho. Have three more in the front but only just planted those. This and the BofB have the sunniest sites.

Fingers crossed! She definitely is keeping us on our toes but even closed, she is gorgeous.

Is it early for peonies to bloom? I always thought they were in flower in June/July but perhaps there are a few varieties that flower at different times?
