loved by bees

This shrub(?) was already in my garden when I moved in and the bees love it. It spreads like wild fire and I've had to remove some of its offspring in other places of the garden. Much as I love bees I like to vary their diet and give the room to some other plants which are hopefully just as tasty to them, their nectar that is. Does anyone know the name of this plant?

Thanks for letting me know. No, it's last year's photo. I think I'll have to wait a while until it's flowering. Everything is a bit behind here in the northeast of Scotland anyway, but it'll maybe start flowering by the end of next month. Thanks again:)

It's Leycesteria (Himalayan Honeysuckle).
