It is a lovely door, very wide and lovely windows.

yes, the windows are smashing too. Perhaps you could get them to put a thatch roof on for you, install a wood burner instead of the open fire, and install a pump from the Trent to keep the dyke flowing and then you'll have your stream....sorted!

Eh its a plan Karen, thought we were getting a stream in 2009 when the dyke got blocked up, lol. the water kept back filling and it ran down the lane like a river. lol. ah well, thatched roof sounds good, although knowing me I would probably get a chimney fire and burn it down. lol.
