Hi Oliveoil...New life how wonderful..how many hatchlings did you have?..

7 out of 11 chicks from this batch. But we hatch a lot of others as well, including ducklings by the hundreds Crissue lol. We have lots off and under heat lamps at the moment and some now old enough to be out in the field. These chicks are for my oh - think he is planning to rear and hatch more when he retires in about 4 yrs time. Getting himself stocked up at the moment.

Excellent, Hubs is busy building a new yard for the girls, and we'll be taking over their old one for veg..The eggs are fantastic, wish I had a field for mine, the one I had hoped the farmer would let me use has now been sold...
Never mind we do our best..
