Milky - is it correct that you've struggled to get this to flower?
If so, good luck for this year!
And take heart - I've failed consistently with Hymenocallis, but found my first flower head yesterday. All good things come to those who wait!

Meanie:
I'll have to get some pics of Hymenocallis species. They're a very common plants here. Most species are commonly referred to as: Spider Lilies.

Ha ha Can I hold you to that Andy?.........Lol Its not for the want of trying....I am carrying them around the place to make sure that they are in bright sunshine for 9 hours a day whenever possible. My Hubby thinks Im daft growing "sticks" as he calls them...and salutes every time I have them on the move.....lol

Plumeria 'Samoan Fluff' is one of the easiest plumerias to grow and flower.
The full sun will kill the fungus which causes black tips fungus. I sometimes get this black fungus on my Plumeria obtusa 'Singapore', however, never on my Plumeria rubra hybrids.
