Hydrangea quercifolia 'Snowflake'

Hydrangea quercifolia 'Snowflake' (Hydrangea quercifolia (Oak-leaved hydrangea))

Always liked the blossoms on oakleaf hydrangea but the double flowers on Snowflake are my favorite.

glad ya like it, have you ever tried an oakleaf hydrangea? The fall colors are beautiful and the flowers age to pink. They look great in a woodland garden or planted with sourwood.

Beautiful! I have bought this Hydrangea this spring but it isnĀ“t blossoming yet. Looking forward to it.

This one is only flowering because it is in a greenhouse but the outdoor plants I have are just beginning to show flower buds. Can't wait to see them when they do, I love it when the flowers age to pink.

I am curious what flowers will have my new oak leaved hydrangea next year, as I bought it when flowers were already cut. I planted it under the old apple tree.
