This is some of the Lily house at Oxfords botanic gardens.
The giant lilies are Victoria cruziana.

Interesting. What does it smell like?
I noticed in Balboa Park's reflecting pool today the Victoria amazonica and all the other water lilies are blooming already. It seemed like the weather has been too cool for them to blooming so soon.
