ID again please.

I uploaded this last year. I don't remember planting it, and was quite surprised to see it appear in one of my pots. This year it's bigger, so better for you to see. I can only think it must have been in the pot for quite some time, before it has decided to flower.

Thankyou Meanie. I've looked closely at it today, and yes the little flowers do look like minature orchids, but from a distance the plant itself, looks like a small hyacinth. It's got what I think of as a fleshy stem and leaves similar to a hyacinth, but the tiny flowers are as I said like orchids. It's height is about 7/8ins.

It seemed to come from nowhere last year and has appeared again this year, but a bit bigger. :o)

i had one self seed in a pot a few years back. the birds must have planted them for us..:-)

I think that it may be a Dactylorhiza of some description. A wild orchid.
