why do they make the handles of so many garden tools green? I dropped a pair of secateurs while cutting back mum's front hedge, had to get another pair to cut right back to find 'em again! I wrap bright fluourescent tape round the handles these days

i have very little colour contrast vision, so that learned me a lesson and a half ...
